“The biggest thing I took from TUG10 was learning ways to streamline our process. We had not started the pre-receiving process before TUG10, and I was very apprehensive about the potential for issues we could encounter. We implemented a couple of weeks after returning and have not had any issues. We pre-receive all tissue through our loading dock now and it has been a smooth transition/addition to our chain of custody.”
